Therapy Intensives

Some healing doesn't fit into fifty or eighty minutes a week. Some seasons of life call for something more intentional, more immersive, more concentrated. Some seasons of life call for something more immersive, more concentrated.

The Therapy Intensive Retreat is a one or two day virtual experience designed for people who want to do deep, focused healing work without committing to months or years of weekly therapy. It's also a powerful option if you're already working with a therapist and want to go deeper into a specific area, or if you've done significant healing work and feel ready for something more concentrated.

This is the full breadth of my work held in one intentional space. Your chart, your lineage, your body, your parts, your ancestors, the spirits. We bring in whatever is needed.

How It Works

Intake Session We start with a dedicated session before the retreat itself. This is where I get oriented to what you're carrying, pull and review your natal chart, and we determine together what your intensive should look like. What's ready to move. What needs tending. What the ancestors and your chart are pointing toward.

The Retreat — One or Two Days Each day runs approximately four hours, held virtually. Depending on what's needed, a session might weave together divination and chart work, somatic and parts work, ancestral healing and ritual, dreamwork and energy medicine. We follow what's alive.

The days themselves are sacred space. You'll want to protect that time, create a quiet environment, and plan for rest and integration afterward.

This work is available to anyone, anywhere. California residents can access it as licensed psychotherapy. For those outside California it is offered as spiritual consultation.
